The school pedagogue Anamarija tackles her job with a mixture of idealism, professionalism and especially empathy, struggling to navigate between the needs of primary school pupils and the aggressive dynamics between the headmistress, teachers and parents. The excellent direction and cast create a colourful, poignant portrayal of a staffroom – or any system in which everybody shouts, but nobody listens.
